Bourbon Glazed Salmon Recipe Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet, cut into four pieces
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Juice of ½ lime
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the bourbon, brown sugar, ground ginger, and lime juice. Place the salmon pieces in a plastic zip-top bag and pour the glaze over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
2. Create four small trays by folding squares of aluminum foil. Lightly coat each tray with non-stick cooking spray. Remove the salmon from the glaze and place one piece in each tray.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Position the trays directly over the hottest part of the grill. Cover and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
