  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ¾ cup packed dark brown sugar

Ingredients for the Crunchy Bread Crumb Topping

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup crushed walnuts (or preferred nuts)
